Excellent, authentic, Thai food. A little pricey for what it is (meal came to just over £50 a head including non alcoholic drinks and service) but about as good as it gets for London. Been to the one on Portabello Road and quality is just as good. Waiter was helpful and friendly. Vibe of the place is casual. Some of the dishes are super spicy - such as the prawn ceviche! (and we were warned too)

I had been looking forward to trying speedboat. Loved the look of the menu. No ubiquitous pad Thai or green curries so Speedboat promised a less standard take on Thai food than mainstream spots. I was a little disappointed that their culinary ambitions are limited to street food. It is a very popular bustling place. Quite full even at 17:00 on a bank holiday. Reservations recommended. Best Thai food! Very authentic flavour, the tom yum noodles is so rich in flavour and creamy!Accidentally spilled my drink and they offered me a new drink. Said it’s on the house. So nice if them! Highly recommend!

Walked in for a late dinner! Team was lovely, ordered drinks at the bar, and seated just as the drinks arrived. Tried the Yaowarat Road set menu (and added some beef noodles, bc when in Rome)! Absolutely delicious. Incredibly generous portion sizes. The crunchy chicken mango salad was positively phenomenal (and shall live rent free in my head)!
