⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at Joe & The Juice in Solihull thanks to Aaliyah. She was incredibly patient, kind, and friendly with my children, who can be very indecisive and quite picky when it comes to choosing their food and drinks! Aaliyah took the time to listen to them, helped them make their choices without rushing them, and spoke to them with such a warm and positive attitude. Her temperament with young children was exceptional, making them feel comfortable and valued throughout our visit. Customer service like this really stands out, and Aaliyah is a real credit to the team.

I visited Joe & The Juice for the first time today and had such a great experience. The staff were really friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful when it came to recommending juices. Hijab (I hope I’ve got the name right) was especially kind and took the time to guide me through the menu, which made choosing a lot easier (ended up going with the sports juice, highly recommend). The lady in the back preparing the drinks was also lovely, and you could tell they both cared about giving good service. Extremely rude staff, dirty surfaces overflowing bin and bananas that were better placed in the bin not to be served. One staff member lying outstretched over the counter in her own clothes not uniform . As someone who has worked in an environment with high food hygiene standards i could see no processes or training in place and therefore wouldn't risk it. Please employ appropriate staff who are well versed in foods hygiene procedures and customer service .

I’ve always had great service here, the refurb has improved the seating and space significantly, and great gluten-free options. Good value sandwiches if you use the app
