It's ok, I've been before and it was better. This time the service wasn't up to par, I ordered a drink made with oat and without even asking the drink had cream put on top. Usually they ask but this time they just put it on, i had to scoop it off. Also the person behind me was left waiting for a very long time, there was only us 2 in the queue but the servers were ignoring him. Definitely been to better Costas!

Aircon is broken. Staff have asked Costa management to fix over a yeat ago. It was 34c inside and lovely staff are suffering. One staff member has a heart condition, so that should be worrying from a health & safety perspective? Great service, nice coffee.

Overall a good place - it’s clean, light and spacious and the staff greet you well too. And the music is not so loud as it used to be thank heavens. However, a star is still taken out for the barista half-filled my recyclable cup - so it looks like I’ll be sticking with Coffee#1 where they top it up!
