Party at 360 Play Stevenage - The party was great, the staff member that ran the party was amazing. It is costly, however mainly worth the price. The room is very small, we had maximum numbers but 6 children didn’t turn up. It was a squeeze & 2 children were sat on the floor, they were mainly 2 year olds so not sure how they can accommodate 30 older children. We were told that if children didn’t turn up we would receive vouchers to use to return for a play date. We were not made aware that these would only be valid for 2 months. Unfortunately due to surgery, we were unable to use them in time

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Play 360 and had a wonderful experience! The location was very clean, well maintained, and perfectly set up for a kids’ party. Everything was organized smoothly, and the kids had an amazing time enjoying all the activities. I was especially impressed with Andreea and Olivia—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the event. They made sure everything ran perfectly and helped create a stress-free and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Incredible! Staff so helpful and child friendly, kids loved it, plenty to keep them busy all day, lovely and clean, lovely atmosphere without the awful blaring music other indoor soft plays have, best indoor playground we've been to by far. Spent 5 hours there and kids didnt want to leave! Thank you for an amazing day!

Took my 2 boys here. Expected it to be busier than usual as it is half term but this was a joke. It was absolutely rammed. Big kids charging around knocking over the little ones and it was pure chaos. IMO they left way too many people in. The only positive was the manager gave me a day pass to compensate when I complained as we were there no longer than half an hour. Also the girl who supervised the little merry-go round was very nice and kind to my son who has special needs.
