We were a group of 10 people and booked the upper floor at Lokma. Initially service was very slow and we were having to come down every time to ask for drinks or water or starters. Eventually when orders were taken service became much better and waiters were quote attention. Loved the shared platters and salad. Turkish tea was great too. Only thing they can improve on is serving more fresh juice (they only had orange juice). I have such fond memories of fresh juices from Turkey like pomegranate and turnip, but, here it's just from a carton. The floor was spacious and infact tje whole restauran

Lovely resturant in the westfield mall in stratford, London. The food was delicious and we went with the recommendation of the staff/manager and tried adana lamb and chicken. Both very great picks and very tasty. Bit expensive but with the ambience and the decors, I thinks its worth. The staff is friendly but seems to be in hurry to take the plates from our table, they should ask before they touch the plate, if the guest is done. That's the one thing/suggestion, i would like them to improve. Overall, a very good place to enjoy some delicious turkish delicacies.

The restaurant was clean, tidy, hygienic, spacious, big, huge, comfortable, vibrant and colourful which is perfect if you want to sit in something nice. The staff were friendly, honest, polite, respectful, understanding, sociable, supportive, helpful, well mannered and professional. The food was good such as chicken wings, calamari, sigara borek and soft drinks were good although lamb chops were not up to standard with taste and freshness which is not good they need to fix immediately although they replaced with salmon free of charge.
