I had such a great experience at Costa Coffee recently and felt it deserved a proper review. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and welcoming. The staff were genuinely friendly and made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable. It’s always nice when a place feels like they actually care about their customers, and that was definitely the case here. The coffee itself was excellent. Perfectly made, rich in flavour, and served at just the right temperature. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. I also grabbed a snack to go with it, and it was fresh, tasty

The staff are so welcoming, upbeat and friendly here especially the young ladies that work on a Saturday morning (Becky and Nor). The customer service is fantastic they are both a credit to Costa. I enjoy my vegan toastie and latte and love sitting in the outside seating area in the sun. Would highly recommend.☕😊 Update - Tried the new location for the first time in Stretford Town Centre. Lovely decor, spacious and the vegan Cheezecake is absolutely amazing....if you have not tried it would highly recommend. 🩷 Lovely welcome from Becky and Team as always.☺️

I've been a customer on several occasions and have experienced the same thing each time. Always a long queue and then an excessive wait after this and not in the other they came in. So if you ordered hot food it will be cold long before you could eat it. And the coffee tastes like hot milk with a hint of coffee. As a honest reviewer I really miss the old coffee shop which was here. They had a great selection of coffee and food with a great service. It's a real shame they was replaced with a Costa who just don't care about the service.
