We had a quick tasty lunch here on Saturday when we went up to Stroud to visit the popular market Falafel Mama is located just down a side street from the main market area. We ordered - Classic Falafel in a pitta - which was six falafel balls, hummus, salads and tahini - also you get a choice of spicy sauce. And a Falafel Salad box which consisted of the same with more salad and no pitta. Falafels were perfect - right amount of outside crunch and a good soft texture inside.
