Love Cafe Nero! The staff in Mere Green are great and friendly every single time I visit. The shelves are always full and the coffee is consistent every single time I visit. I have been to many coffee shops where I visit regularly and the drinks are never taste the same but never have this problem in Cafe Nero. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Wilfred enjoyed his croissant with his morning coffee and babiccino. The cappuccino didn't have a big enough layer of froth so it was more like a latte which was slightly disappointing and quite common amongst these coffee chains. Coffee as always is good quality

Popped into café Nero Mere Green today with the idea of trying a new drink The Lady that served me (so annoyed I didn’t catch her name) Gave some great suggestions Was so friendly, and very knowledgeable, On her recommendation, I decided to go for the latte with the honeycomb syrup absolutely delicious, so glad I went with her recommendation. So nice to be served that early in the morning with such a friendly manner

Can't make a macchiato coffee. First coffee rejected as closer to flat white, second coffee still had too much milk. At these prices I expect it too be right. On positive side staff very friendly. I think there is a training issue here
