Normally I've always been happy with this store, visit regularly, but you need to be careful to watch the cashier when they've finished scanning your items, one (and it's only happened the once) pressed the Green 'Donate to Charity' button without asking or explaining. Being of a Christian nature I let it go, but people need to be aware.

Just a appreciation to the lady called Molly at the store , Thankyou for your help today , I had a online delivery as I’m disabled and a large bag of frozen was missing after phoning the store Molly as managed to have the missing items delivered tomorrow, really appreciate her offer of dropping it off on her way home which was very kind but I was happy enough to have it tomorrow, Thankyou again

Staff seem very glum and constantly pushing trolleys and cages round you to pick for deliveries or stock to up I'm guessing, you just feel in the way shopping there, own bread never has more than a day or two on it ..... Young member off staff was so rude, leant in front of me and I said excuse me so she glared at me with no comment, very bad .. I would rather shop at Erdington Iceland much nicer service ....
