UPDATE: Following my review, the owner Adam Ahmed contacted me personally, sincerely apologised, and issued a full refund. Whilst the initial handling of my complaint by staff was very disappointing, Adam dealt with the matter professionally once escalated to him. I have also reported the incident to South Derbyshire Environmental Health who are investigating. Amended to reflect the positive resolution. Received a mouldy burger bun in my delivery. Partially ate it before noticing. The restaurant's response was to offer a measly £8.50 refund on a £27 order and then suggest I was being threaten

We was travelling from London being in the area late we came across burg boss the workers was closing and cleaning the grill, we asked if we could get some food as nothing was open and they didn’t even think to say no he smiled and said yes they were happy to serve us knowing were coming from London service 10 out of 10 food 10 of 10

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved my experience at Burg Boss! The burgers were juicy and full of flavour, the wings were perfectly cooked, and the doner and chips were spot on. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying. On top of that, the staff were really nice and welcoming, and the service was fast and friendly. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to — highly recommended!
