The staff were friendly and efficient, and there was a good selection of sandwiches and cakes available. We ordered two coconut lattes, which were served at a good temperature and were nicely hot. We also shared a caramel and shortbread treat; however, it tasted slightly stale. We both had ham and cheese toasties, which were well toasted and exactly as expected. The seating area is spacious with plenty of tables, although some had not been cleared and appeared untidy. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but a little more attention to cleanliness would improve it.

Came in here on a night out with my bags of cement. Atmosphere and service good, but a cheese and ham toastie didn’t hit the spot after 17 pints of Coke Zero with no ice, no fruit and added rice. Luckily the Wyvern tavern is close by, they have hot dogs and kindly let me use their glory hole for free.

I always seem to have a really good time in every costa I go to. The staff in here seem happy like they're really enjoying their job. It also helps that the air conditioning is good. Please never stop serving Frappes they're my favourite :) Edited for 2025: I am still having 10/10 service they added a heart sprinkle to my hot chocolate :D
