First time in Swindon and came here on a recommendation and was not disappointed!! The owner and staff really know their stuff. I was able to get one of the most uniquely good tasting roasts I have had in a long time, and the atmosphere was really nice. As it was a slower point in the day, I was also able to sit and work for a while, which was wonderful!!

Love this cafe. Dog friendly, nice selection of pastries, sandwiches, coffees and teas. Vegan options available. It's concrete flooring, with chairs, tables or benches so not exactly plush but it's comfortable and has a nice atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's city centre - so surrounded by paid car parks like Station Road and Princes Street.

Big shoutout to Toby for the friendly service and consistently great coffee. Relaxed atmosphere and always a pleasure to visit — easily one of the best coffee spots around. Highly recommended.

Quite simply the best coffee shop in Swindon. I’ve been coming to Darkroom Espresso for some time now & they consistently provide high quality coffee every time. The staff are always friendly & welcoming & it’s just a great place to chill out at if you have a spare hour. The toasties are also really nice & we also love the cake choices on offer. Darkroom Espresso is one of the main reasons, for me, to come into Swindon town centre.
