Served by the lovely 😻 Polly who’s smiling 😁 at everyone in the cafe ☕️ I saw her, she’s wiping 🧽 the tables & tiding up 🔝 the leftover cups. Someone has made me this FlatWhite & it’s fine 👍🏼 I can’t think 💭 of giving less than 5 stars ✨ even though, I would give 4/5 for the FlatWhite.

Went here for lunch with my daughter and our friends during half-term. My daughter has a peanut allergy so eating out can make her a little anxious. Staff were fantastic, friendly, accomodating and reassuring. They made sure that there was no cross contamination and washed blenders before making her drink. Would recommend 😊

I’m not one to usually write a review, but our experience was appalling. I asked the girl behind the till a very simple question and she responded with a rude and condescending attitude. I’ve worked in coffee chains myself and I couldn’t imagine giving this sort of customer service. Also, the Frappuccino we order tasted of the one they had previously made, suggesting they aren’t being hygienic - great! Everyone has bad days, but our experience really was appalling. It doesn’t take a lot to be polite and smile to customers :)

Nice little coffee spot situated in Sainsbury's Melton Road Leicester. The coffee is good, savouries and cakes are good and the staff are very welcoming and very helpful, only 4 stars because I believe the cost is a little high.
