30/5/26: I can’t fault this place, the attention to customer service is second to none. We had a light lunch, filled baguette and sandwich with coffees. The owner whilst passing noticed my coffee looked a bit weak and asked if I would like a stronger cup without me mentioning anything. Plenty of space to sit outside under sunshine shades at the front and back of the building too on a suitable day.

Really nice garden area, the food is lovely but they need more staff because you can tell they are under a lot of pressure and barely can keep up. They try their best to be honest. It’s the second time I’ve been here and it’s certainly much better but still needs some improvements staff wise. It’s either staff to be better trained or to have more people around. It would be nice to have the heater on outside (we didn’t know how to switch it on), and possibly they don’t switch it on in the afternoon but there weren’t any seats inside. Amazing for dog owners.

Coffee Plus has become my regular go to place for great coffee, delicious lunch and tasty cakes usually with my best mate Lee. The owner Theresa and staff are warm, friendly and very welcoming and the dog friendly aspect of the place I love where I'll find myself regularly petting the owners adorable doggy. Over time I've built up a really lovely and relaxed relationship withTheresa and the staff, coming here feels like popping over a friend's house. Couldn't recommend this hidden gem enough and with it being fairly local it's a treat for me to try something independent and personal rather t
