*poor accessibility in store. Fantastic disabled parking and cafe is very accessible* Burnside cafe and attempt at looking around the store. The cafe was very busy which is lovely to see. The fish and chips were wonderful for one of our party. Sandwiches/ciabatta okay but bread wasn't great. The staff in the cafe were lovely and friendly. What really let down my store was how difficult it was to navigate. I don't recommend people in power wheelchairs come expecting to be able to enjoy browsing because most the aisles are very narrow then those which aren't narrow have boxes and crates of ran

One of the best garden centres I have ever been in. So tidy and thoughtfully designed, the plants and flowers are all so well cared for too. Everything seems looked after and beautifully presented. The restaurant looked brilliant and it's fantastic to see that they sell so much non plant related items as well. The clothing, food, drink and homeware sections were all spot on. Nothing was ridiculously expensive either. Will definitely visit again.

Always loved Burnside and the quality products they sold but I was extremely unimpressed and frankly appalled to see environment destroying AI slop artwork being sold for £90 each in the garden centre today!!!!! Whatever happened to supporting PROPER artists?!
