“Sometimes amazing service and food.”

I recently ordered a delivery. In which, an item that was a part of my order was not included even though I had paid for it. As well, my drinks that I had ordered were half full. I was not given an option for a refund for my lost item. I am rather disappointed as growing up around the area, I have had great past experiences with this particular McDonald’s. Rather ashamed to see the drop in quality.

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s . The service was very slow, and to make matters worse, two of the items we ordered were completely missed. When the food did arrive, we actually found an eggshell inside — which is unacceptable for any restaurant. We showed it to the staff, but all they did was apologize and send us on our way, without offering any solution or compensation. On top of that, the sauce dispenser machine was not working at all, which was frustrating. The flat white coffee I ordered was easily the worst I’ve ever had — bitter, watery, and nothing close to

Never experienced a fast food restaurant taking so long to serve their food and still miss items off it, over and over again. It’s a fast food restaurant, not, take your time fast food restaurant. Make sure your orders are done accordingly and that there’s nothing missing. Shouldn’t need to double check what I’ve ordered

Ordered 4 meals for delivery which arrived stone cold. The large chips were only half full and the customised burger still had sauce on it. Unacceptable when paying so much for delivery.
