We started our evening with a drink in the lounge ( we’d arrived early). Diners were enjoying small plate dishes available there. We moved through to the main dining room at our booked time. An inventive menu at Bistro 115. Lots of options from oxtail, chicken, pork, lamb, fish and veggie dishes on offer. We chose the oxtail, with cream cabbage, mustard mash and Cumberland sausage( not needed) and pork with prawns, veg fritter and marinara sauce. Both arrived piping hot and were delicious. I recently dined here for dinner and was genuinely impressed! The restaurant gives off a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The service was exceptional, the staff were very friendly, approachable, and attentive definitely a 10 out of 10! For starters, we had the cauliflower bites and halloumi, both of which were fantastic and thoroughly enjoyable. My main course was the sea bass, accompanied by a mixed seafood tomato sauce, and it was cooked to perfection simply delicious! The desserts were equally impressive, leaving no room for complaints. I would definitely return!
