A gem of a restaurant serving up Bulgarian classics. I loved my meal here and highly recommend it to anyone looking to try Bulgarian cuisine. Service and food are great, and the prices are reasonable. There’s a back area that’s covered for smokers, and front area has about few tables. I’m excited to go back and try more of the dishes.

Walthamstow! Longest street market in Europe and a hidden gem of restaurant; The Rio, no, not Brazilian but Bulgarian with an amazing, tasty, different menu. We had orange drinks that a had honey in the base (very welcome on a hot day), Caesar Salad and smoked salmon on cottage chees and toast. Yummy. Service was excellent.
