Walked in and immediately noticed a strong smell of reheated food, specifically curry. The smell was quite overpowering and made the restaurant feel less fresh than expected. It appeared that staff were likely taking their lunch break at the time. When interacting with customers, the staff came across as quite cold and nonchalant. The service wasn’t particularly rude, but it lacked any sense of engagement or friendliness. On the positive side, the food itself is actually quite good once you receive it. I popped in for a burger and noticed the food was being prepared without gloves. Because I’m currently undergoing chemotherapy, I have to be extremely careful about hygiene, so I asked if it would be possible to get a refund. A really kind staff member — I unfortunately didn’t catch his name — immediately reassured me and offered to prepare my food again from scratch while wearing gloves. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service. The food was great, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and looked after. Thank you so much.

Ordered on Just Eat, no problems with delivery, just took 40 minutes to get to my house, 10 minutes away. I ordered a Double Whopper and I received a single. Also asked for no pickles but there was pickles on it. Drink warm. Horrible.
