This places is a bit too expensive for what you get. It used to be good but the taste isn't the same for the dishes. They should go to their Milton Keynes branch and get training as it tastes a lot better there. The only good thing is that it's a pretty clean place.

I’ve been eating at Kokoro for more than 5 years and lately the Watford branch has become really disappointing. I keep ordering because I know how good Kokoro can actually be, but the quality here is terrible compared to other branches. The chicken katsu curry is always dry, the prawn katsu is dripping in oil, and the sweet chilli chicken is so chewy it’s hard to eat. The food has almost no flavour anymore. What I don’t understand is how the Uxbridge branch manages to make proper fresh food every time, but Watford can’t. Same brand, completely different quality. Honestly feels like a waste of

This is my first time at a Japanese fast food restaurant, and I had a good experience. The place suited my vegan daughter and her two children. I was delighted by the beautiful display of the rolls and sushi trays. The grandchildren really enjoyed the miso soup and seaweed salad. I chose a box of a large and tasty combination. The price was cheap and the food was delicious. The noodle portion was average.

Pre-packed meals are fine. The hot food is nice enough and good size servings. Atmosphere is also pleasant. However 3 glaring issues which have illicited this rating: 1. The wait time is terrible. Mainly down to the poor workflow for food service and tills... Duplicate effort, unclear customer journey, inefficient food prep process. The in-house seating was empty but the line was really long. 2. While here on this occasion, the service staff was cutting crumbed chicken (with scissors), when they realised the chicken was not properly cooked. They diligently threw out the chicken... But cont
