I brought a McChicken sandwich when it was on offer for just over £1 , for that price it wasn't to bad, I would never pay over the £4 normal as it was very basic and rather bland. The service was quite quick, the server was to the point, not really rude but not exactly friendly either and didn't feel the need to acknowledge my words of thanks once i collected the food (as most of staff don't). Food wasn't over cooked or cold.

I nipped to McDonalds this morning for a coffee and it was honestly the NICEST and BEST experiences I’ve ever had. It was 5.30 in the morning and every single member of staff was SO FRIENDLY and polite. It made my day. I just wanted to say thank you, kind acts of laughing and joking make customer service so much more pleasurable and makes me want to keep coming back to this McDs. I was not feeling too great either so it felt like they knew how I was feeling and wanted to brighten my day - bless them 🥰

Ordered double big tasty meal on Uber eats.. when it arrived, fries and burger were freezing cold, had to reheat fries in the air fryer. The double big tasty was a a cheeseburger at best. Absolutely no where near the size of a normal big tasty let alone a double one. Absolutely disgusting for the price paid!!!

Went out with friends after work, stayed there for quite a while and the whole time we noticed one employee called MATT who was very hardworking, meticulously cleaning non stop. We are nurses and we highly appreciate his standard of cleaning. He also has good customer relations. So I am only doing this review to give credit where credit is due. Well done McDonald's you found yourself an outstanding employee.
