It’s my. First time I visited today evening with one of my friend . Firstly we are so nervous about tasting the new food , new menu . Then one of the Nando’s staff member caught us and tell us about the sitting and. About how to make. , Order after finding we are new to Nando’s . Then we order burger meals and chicken wings food is so delicious . I am so glad to see and feel the service of whole staff , boy who serve us I don’t know his name he wearing glasses and on my receipt it show Louis 😎I appreciate him , he is so nyc with us , so kind , . Service is terrible. I’m a big fan of Nando’s but this is the worst service I’ve experienced at one. There were two customers ahead of us in the queue, 15 minutes and still no movement. Two tills, one in use and 10+ members of staff wondering around looking lost. Common sense would’ve been to use both tills, speed up, ask for help etc. Food took 20 minutes to come out, chicken was consistent and good. Mash portion was tiny. Not impressed

So I hear People saying Nando's ain't so cheeky anymore due to the prices? Well like everything in the world prices have gone up it is what it is unfortunately. But dont let the price put you off there food is still good went today with my youngest we had the butterfly chicken with 2 sides peri peri fries & garlic bread + 2 drinks total cost £41 for the both of us that aint bad and the chicken was cooked perfect and you can not replicate that chard flavour on the chicken.
