Fries were missing from our order and also sold an expired apple pie which shows to be discarded at 3pm but sold to us at 6pm. Mazorella sticks cold, cheese still frozen. This particular Mcdonald always gets order wrong and you end up losing £5-£10 per order. Poor service, literally don't care when they provide wrong orders no refunds or replacements, you just have to deal with the situation where you pay for something expired and not provided.

I ordered online by McDonald’s app I waited 45 minutes for my food to actually get here, one driver accepted all the way down from Scott arms and canceled after 25 mins of waiting and didn’t move from the spot he was at. The next driver accepted got the order it got delivered at 9am and when I placed the order around 8:15, when I looked at my order I checked all the food it was freezing cold by the time it got here and one of the McMuffins were customised (no egg & no cheese + added sausage) my double bacon and egg McMuffin low and behold had egg on it.. Tried calling the store 3 times no answ

Well I ordered a bigmack meal. The burger had one bun on the top the middle bun next rite under the top bun then dry old cold burgers lettuce etcetera then the last bun. Absolutely shocking. The place was full of undesirables and pretty dirty. Would I go again?? HELL NO!
