Not busy, no one in front of me, 4 staff behind counter inc. manager - but got ignored for 5 mins while they chatted together - not even acknowledged with a smile! No problem with waiting, but it makes all the difference to be welcomed with a smile while you wait :)

This place gets worse year in, year out. The staff they employ really seem so uninterested, that the drinks they make are poorly made. Macha, multiple times now, with so many large lumps. Disappointed.
