Visited on Christmas. The pizza wasn't bad at all, but the place was very dirty. Orderd a deal which came with a 1.5L coke or something. But I wanted apple juice instead. They gave me only 3 compared to 1.5L of coca cola. Service wasn't bad, but definitely need a better cleaning!

Absolutely shocking and unacceptable experience. I ordered from Caprinos Pizza and went to collect my order, only to find the front of the shop closed. When I went around to the back, the back door was wide open — and what I saw was genuinely disturbing. The hygiene conditions in the back area were disgusting. The place was filthy, poorly maintained, and completely unsuitable for a food business. This is not a minor issue — it was a serious hygiene concern that immediately raised questions about food safety and public health. What makes this even worse is that this branch supposedly has a 5-

We ordered pizza and chicken wings few days ago. Had a £5 off voucher for app orders which didn't work. We also didn't receive any sauces with our order. The place could easily rectify the discount in the name of customer satisfaction but they didn't. Wouldn't order again.

Ordered a large pizza for delivery @16:08 and they didn’t turned up till 17:23 and the expected delivery time was 16:43. Very bad service and had to cancel the order at the end even after contacting the store for several times after the expected the delivery time and getting excuses like, please wait, will contact delivery driver, on its way, i just started and i don’t know anything. Lady from the store was saying that it is too far away which is 3.6 miles and 9 minutes drive which she don’t even know the place as she sounds so. Staff does not know what they are doing and how a service should
