Absolutely shocking cleanliness, tables with used cups etc stacked up everywhere and loads of tables unclean. Staff aren’t interested and would rather have a chat than clean them, it’s clear it hasn’t been seen to in a few hours from the volume of mess and it’s not even busy.

Had a quick stop off at Cafe Nero in Worcestershire today after a long day out. I absolutely love stopping off at Nero, as it's such a lovely cosy cafe, and the staff are always so wonderful and polite. Today I had a Latte, and a chocolate caramelised cheesecake. Absolutely delicious. Thanks for the great service today! 😍

Our favourite local coffee shop. Lovely staff, lots of seating and dog friendly. Upstairs is a great hideaway from busy life, but people watching is also great to do from the downstairs window seats. Family friendly with high chairs available, and very breastfeeding friendly too. Staff are always happy when we have to rearrange furniture to fit our pram and dog in. Great coffee, excellent options of sweet treats and savory snacks.

Staff always very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The place is kept clean and tidy. The vegan panini's are always a bit of a let down in terms of filling. It's the food I go for, the staff and cleanliness are secondary. I may have to think of going elsewhere.
