Much Improved! We pop in to grab sometimes when shopping in the area, but have had far from positive experiences in the past. Today, 21/04/26, we were getting peckish, and went in to grab a bite to eat without much hope of a good experience, but we were pleasantly surprised. All food piping hot and tasty, staff who interacted with us and other customers were all pleasant and helpful, and tables were cleaned as soon as they were vacated. We were there between 1 and 1.30pm, give or take, so thank you to all the staff on duty at that time.

I am absolutely disgusted. I just threw £20 straight into the bin. The food was served cold and the fries were undercooked and rubbery. To make matters worse, the tables were filthy, which is unacceptable given how many children visit this place. The managers clearly don’t care and should be fired immediately for such negligence. They should be ashamed of themselves. This place needs an urgent health and safety inspection."
