We found a worm in the fish, and I’m really concerned about the quality of the food at Polat’s. Can someone please guide me on how to report this?

First time trying. Both myself n hubbie had large fish n chips to share. Fish was beautiful just melts in the mouth. Huge amount of chips. Ordered again last night. Hubbies fish was lovely. I had the smaller portion . Which was incredibly chewy. Not enjoyable at all. My cheesy chips were incredible.

Nice and clean local fast food. Doner kebab meat, both lamb and chicken, is well seasoned and juicy. Finally I found chilli sos that's actually hot 🔥. Chciekn piece I can't recommend as it wasn't that good. If size is what you looking for, large mixed meat and chips will fill you up no doubt. It is massive and I'm not a small guy myself. Can't say anything about fish and chips, haven't tried it yet.

I’ve lived 10 minute walk from Polat’s for 7 years. First time I went tonight for a Polat’s special kebab and a small chips. I was not expecting that amount of food for £20.50. Holy smokes, you can feed 2 people easy. I’m ashamed at myself for taking this long.
