I have eaten at Arby’s for years and always great food and service. But this one time I must say I got the Philly cheesesteak and was a little disappointed. Honestly was good flavor and great but think a little more meat would’ve been proper the onions took over but once you got a taste of the meat it was good

I ordered the same Rueben meal June 2 and June 11, 2026. Instead of a drink I ordered a large Jamocha shake both times. The first time they charged me the difference in the price of the drink versus the shake. The second time they charged me full price for the shake. I went in there a week later which was todayand complained about it and get my money back

I ordered and paid for the bbq sandwich that I saw on TV but received a much smaller sandwich that was full of pieces of fat and hard slices of meat. I have been going to Arby's for years and have always been satisfied but $8.99 for this sandwich was ridiculous!!!

Woah do not eat here. Food lying around on the floor with empty boxes Frozen food left in open bags on the counter Both the counter worker and the manager on duty passed the buck and made excuses. Under staffed, and unhygienic. The kitchen is gross and i waited 18 minutes for my food. So scaired I am going to get sick. I regret eating here
