Went here after having a great day. I ordered the two most expensive steaks on their menu, the bone in ribeye and filet. I was informed when ordering that the kitchen was backed up so there was a longer than normal than wait. I had no problem with waiting because of the great reviews I’ve seen, but once the food came out, both me and my girlfriend’s steaks were undercooked. Okay fine, no problem, we sent them back and they cooked them a little longer. The staff and service are exemplary. The view is spectacular. The food is good. Don't believe the moniker "World's Greatest Margarita" it is not even close to this billing. Planned my mom’s surprise 60th birthday here on a Thursday and coordinated with Lisa who was very responsive. Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and food which was barbecued on the grill outside. Here were my standouts: For Bea, Amy and Mayra… Amy and Mayra, the party coordinators, were incredible and such a huge help in getting my mom’s party together. It was our first visit to Rustler’s Rooste and it was great! We had a wonderful server, KPy’all. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu & efficient. We appreciate the fact he didn’t rush us through our dinners. The food was tasty & the portions were more than enough to fill us up. We will definitely return when our travels bring us back to this area. Beautiful view of the City too!
