Big ups to Krispy Kreme! Always been the supreme donut. Instead of going for a traditional wedding cake my husband and I ordered a boat load of original glazed for our guests. Everyone was pleased. They provided phenomenal service and the donuts were fresh & delicious!

Ordered 3 dozen for my family through the app/online and they didn't get a single one of the dozens correct. Sent a report through the app and was issued a refund, so I changed this review from a 1 star to a 3 star. Donuts are still edible, just don't match what they were supposed to be and I couldn't open them/check before giving them to my family because I bought them for other people.

Went through the drive up since there were no cars there. I was greeted immediately and told that someone would be with me as soon as possible. It took about 6-7 mins for someone to take my order. It was another 7 mins to get the donuts. There seemed to be one person working the front of the store and the drive up.
