I ordered the Spicy Deluxe Chicken and discovered the chicken was severely undercooked after eating part of it. The inside was raw and translucent. I contacted the restaurant and did receive a refund. However, serving raw poultry is a serious health risk, and this experience was very concerning. I hope the kitchen takes steps to improve food safety and quality control so this does not happen to anyone else.

Went in with my kids to a nasty dining room. The order kiosk wasn't taking my card payment so I had to go to the register where we were ignored for over 5 minutes. K. Ordered on the app and went through the drive thru. Girl said our shakes weren't able to be made. Get to the next window, and our shakes were made. Ok, great! Daughter has to use restroom. Go inside again, restrooms are locked, get mangager to finally open the door, and there is no toilet paper. They always mess up peoples food then get rude when you ask for it to be corrected! I went there Saturday evening against my better judgement. My bread was hard cheese wasn't melted fried soggy no salt. When I went in they literally watched me standing there like I was the dam statue of liberty! No hair nets street clothes I felt like I was at a food truck! I dam near had to yell to get the ladies attention after I seen the clothes she had on (5x T-shirt,triple x jeans,she had to weight 130 so imagine how she looked) I didnt want nothing replaced I took the salt and ran like Forrest gump! Apparently they cannot read or follow instructions. My ticket on the food is correct both of my sandwiches were made incorrectly. Screw what the customer asks for, just give them whatever you make 🙄
