4.6 / 5 It delivers. Service, quality, and of course, pizza. But the head servers Mel and Salvatore were so passionate and helpful. It can be a bit hectic, but worth the wait (small pick up line). Better than most DC pie’s. NY style (not doughy and soft). Well made and commands respect. 1) this is mostly a fast hitting slice shop. Usually 6 different types (I went back to back nights to check). 2) margarita (amazing - recommend), pepperoni (good), sausage and onion (liked), pepperoni and sausage (good), sausage and green pepper (very good), mushroom (didn’t try), cheese only, ricotta dollop.

Stopped by Andy’s Pizza in Alexandria on a cold night while in town for work. I’m from CA and it was my first time in the area. I saw a steady stream of people going in and out, which is always a good sign. The staff was friendly and suggested the 2 slices and a Coke deal, great value and perfect for a quick dinner. I also ordered wings and went with traditional buffalo. They were solid, but I probably should’ve tried the Old Bay wings since that seems like the local favorite. Tyler, who I believe is the manager or owner, was especially welcoming. That kind of hospitality makes a difference

Andy’s Pizza in Old Town is a fantastic pizza spot in Old Town, Alexandria. We ordered the pepperoni and sausage pizza as well as the white pizza, and both were absolutely delicious; fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The inside is cozy, warm, and nicely decorated, making it a great place to sit and enjoy a meal. They also offer wine, which is a nice touch and pairs well with the food. Overall, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our experience. We will definitely be back! Service was quick and polite and they offered Veterans' discount to my husband which is an added bonus.
