I ordered the Choice of 3 Meat Plate for delivery and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The mashed potatoes, which were my chosen side, were stiff and flavorless, some gravy would have been nice. They were so dense that I could press my finger into them and it barely made a dent. For the meats, I chose chicken, ribs, and pulled pork. The pulled pork had no flavor outside of the barbecue sauce, which itself wasn’t very good. Paired with the bread, it was just okay. The ribs were equally unimpressive. My wife and I had a wonderful experience at The Texan Barbeque restaurant yesterday. We got the pulled pork and ribs and it was easily the best barbeque we have ever ate in this area. The ribs fall off the bone and are very tender. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing barbeque. 5+ STARS!!!

I have to say this is one of the most memorable BBQ spots I have tried in Illinois. The flavors are incredible and every bite leaves you wanting more. I enjoyed it so much that I found myself returning just two days later to savor it again. The brisket stood out as perfectly cooked, tender and lean, making it a real highlight of the meal. Everything about the experience, from the food to the atmosphere, made it a place I will definitely visit again.
