El Taco Tote is a great place for authentic Mexican food. I really like the fact that they stay busy so their food is always fresh. They make their own tortillas and have a chip bar with fresh chips. The tacos and burritos are delicious, the salsa bar has a large variety of salsas, and pickled items; I specially like their guacamole salsa which is not spicy at all. They also serve fresh aguas frescas and I always get the sandia (watermelon) which is not too sweet. They serve other dishes as well by my preference are the tacos. El Taco Tote hits that sweet spot between casual and quick. Yeah, you order at the counter and find a seat, so it's got that fast-food vibe, but the atmosphere itself is actually pretty nice. My wife and I went with the Family Platter for 2, and honestly, the portions were pretty small. We definitely needed to order two extra sides to feel satisfied. That said, the salsa bar is solid, and they've got self-serve tortilla chips and a soda fountain, which is always a win. The food was good, no complaints there, but it wasn't exactly mind-blowing, and the value felt a little off given the portion
