My first time at shabu zone and I love it! We went there for dinner on weekday so there was no wait time. You would order soup base, drink, and meat with a server. Meats were served very quickly. Sauces, veggie, seafood and ice cream are self-service. Those stations are cleaned and always filled. There are different types of seating to cater to different group sizes. Will definitely go back!

Nice spot for AYCE hot pot Staff are fri sly and good about refilling meats. There are several different broth options, which can be exchanged. There’s a good selection of other items: seafood, tofu, veggies. My personal favorite was the match and I’ve ice cream.

If you’re craving a feast, this place has it all from fresh seafood to premium meats, plus a variety of veggies, noodles, and dipping sauces. Everything comes fresh to the table, and you can customize your broth to match your taste from mild and comforting to spicy and bold. The seafood was fresh, the meat was thinly sliced for quick cooking, and the service was fast even though the restaurant was busy. Worth it for the variety and freshness.

First things first—huge shoutout to our server, Edgar! He was fantastic. Not only did he guide us through the menu with ease, but he also shared some really cool history about the restaurant. Fun fact: it’s not actually Chinese at all—the design is Japanese-inspired, and the owners are Korean. Very cool detail we didn’t expect to learn. Now for the food: everything was absolutely delicious. The seafood was fresh, the meats were sliced paper-thin, and we tried each option just to be sure—every single one was a hit. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to have trays for the serving
