The carnitas was kind of tough tho and the hot links were pretty good. The banana pudding was VERY good but needs crackers or vanilla wafers! Crazy that it doesn’t have those :( The bbq sauce is sweet and very good. I personally prefer hutchkins but here you don’t need to wait in a loooong line and the priced are great so very good for what it is. My husband & I ordered the Tour of Texas Platter to share, so that we could try their brisket, ribs, chipotle cheddar sausage and peppered sausage. We love brisket, and it was well-seasoned, tender and moist - so good. All of it was good! The platter came with 2 pint-sized sides and they allowed us to break one pint in half so that we could try separate things. Trey Sanchez is one of the godfather's of Texas BBQ and couldn't have been more personable. He has the coolest pit room I've ever seen. And the food was amazing! Put this place on your list and ask for Trey. 5 stars!!!

Make sure to try the french fries which are cooked in beef tallow, which makes them outstanding. The Watters Branch Trail is off the parking lot. Great for bicycling and walking.
