Our family eats at Wendy's about every other week. The new chicken tenders are very good I think they're way too expensive but they are good. Today I don't know what it was but the hamburger my husband and I both got was disgusting the french fries were way too salty. I ate two bites and literally spit it out. The bread was falling apart it looked like it had been sitting there for days. I have never seen a hamburger coming from there like this.

If I am going to wait over 10 min for a front counter order at least acknowledge me. I left without ordering. I know things get overwhelming when working fast food, I’ve worked it, but I always made effort to welcome the customer. Need to do better.

Just Dined in and honestly everything started going wrong the second we ordered. The man behind the desk was friendly enough even though it seemed a little forced. I made my order for my wife and I and gave him plenty of time to make the proper selections and was in no rush at all. He messed up the order the first time around. Happens sometimes but it was the way that a couple of the staff members were mean mugging my wife and I like we were an inconvenience. Hard to enjoy a meal in an unwelcoming environment. Loved the Spicy chicken sandwich. Disappointed to hear about the change. Came to try the new recipe. I either did not get a Spicy one or the new recipe lacks all flavor. Regardless, I will no longer eat at Wendy's. You had one chance and blew it. I will miss the Frosty though.
