First, lady taking orders did not know where anything was on register. Wife and I seen the maple bourbon burger and looked good, we both got the combos. Why does the burgers never look like the pics, I have been catfished. Burger was terrible and dry, $25 for us both!

When going to the alvin location. I was greeted by Wesley who was absolutely wonderful very helpful and greeted with a smile even though it was 330 on the 5th of July! The other employee was slamming cabinets and creating a negative environment while wesley continued to provide wonderful customer service and helping cover up the hositle environment created by the employee in the back......did not see a name tag but from what I observed he was the only other worker in the establishment during my visit.

When going to the alvin location i was greeted by Wesley with an amazing attitude and a smile on his face , meanwhile the other employee was creating alot of noise repeatedly. Weasley created small talk with my family and covered up the negative environment even though it was 3 30 AM on the 5th of July , I didnt see the name tag of the other employee but Wesley was an absolute joy and very helpful.

Customer service is terrible. I placed a pick up order thru Burger Kings mobile app. The manager Rayna was very dismissive when I arrived and said (we didn’t receive it I don’t know what to tell you) I showed her I was at the correct location and had paid thru the mobile app but she offered no solution and basically just wanted me to leave. There were several other people at the location with similar issue. Also asked for a phone number I could contact the owner or company that owned the franchise and she would not provide one. Side note it happened to be my birthday and I was upset I literall
