We love McDonald's but today in this place they gave us very salty potatoes and it was impossible to eat them we went with my daughter to have it changed and the young man who served us tells us what? I came back and told him they are super salty you can change them for me and in a bad way I change only my daughter's. Here I leave a photo and a video of the potatoes and you can see all the salt

My disabled client wanted to eat here so we came to this location. I should’ve gotten the cashiers name smh but I was so irritated with everything (she looks possibly Hispanic & wears glasses, doesn’t have any customer service skills whatsoever). Anyways, when she gave me my change back it was $11.03. She only gave me $11 back. I asked for my 3 cents and she immediately in a rude way said we don’t have pennies and kept doing what she was doing as if I was supposed to just accept the fact that they stole 3 cents from me, didn’t even ask me if I’d like my 3 cents back to give ME the option if I

No one in lobby. Waiting ages for our food. I work in fast food, the workers touching their faces, hair and more. Then going straight to work with food. Having earbuds and not caring how long it takes. I usually love McDonald’s and their speed. Something need to change here.

Extremely ridiculous experience. I went through the drive through and they asked me to park near by, waited over 20 minutes, but nobody ever brought out my food. I had to get back in line through the drive-thru and wait all over again just to find out what happened to my order. After finally speaking with someone, they realized my order had never been made in the first place. I then had to wait even longer while they prepared it. To make matters worse, my fries had no salt, and I didn’t receive the sauces I ordered. This isn’t a one-time issue. Almost every time I visit this McDonald’s, I’m
