We just went through the drive thru & ordered an Oreo malt, cotton candy blizzard and I INITIALLY requested a cherry dip cone with chocolate ice cream and cherry dipping sauce in a separate cup (it’s a tik tok trend lol)… the voice on the other side said the owner says “no they can’t do the separate dipping sauce” (even though I offered to paid extra for it)… ok then just make it a dip cone in a cup I guess. The ketchup was out so I had barely any ketchup from a frost. The person that said they were going to refill the ketchup said oh there's still some left in the bag. Didn't even fix it. The pop was nothing but foam. No syrup. It was really rather flat and disgusting uniforms were wrinkled with stains, ketchup things like that I could see it on the staff young man was wearing green shorts and he stepped back to the back and ate some ice cream came out. Did not wash his hands. Went right back to taking in order. Disgusting

Great experience stopping in for lunch on Friday. Food was brought out fresh and hot. Dining room was clean. Tasha ensured our order was accurate, I point this out because I ordered a seasonal "shake" flavor, but as a malt, which apparently didn't have a malt option for entering this flavor into the computer but Tasha took care to make sure it was correct. I appreciated the good and friendly service.
