Review for Taco Bell – Store #029853 I wanted to share feedback from my recent visit. The lobby was in extremely poor condition. Trash bins were overflowing, chairs were pushed out, and the floor was covered with napkins, crumbs, cheese, lettuce, and sauce packets throughout the dining area. It appeared the lobby had not been checked or cleaned for quite some time. There were nine employees working in the back, yet there was zero acknowledgment of customers in the lobby. Taco Bell is 100% hit or miss when it comes to fresh food, clean place, or good service. However it seems you never get all three in a visit. This last visit to the taco bell on Hitt Rd was decent. I had placed my order on the app and realized pretty quickly I forgot to change the location. When I realized it, they were great and still made it for me at no extra charge. I didn't have to go through hoops to cancel the one order and do a new one. They called the other store and got it figured out. I would say in this case the customer service was top notch but honestly our food was edible.

Triple double my ass. This has to be the worst taco bell ever. Ordered the new Triple double crunch wrap literally has almost no meat. Last time I got chicken nuggets that had to be setting for atleast 2 hrs. It was like biting into a rock. Pathetic

I wanted to leave a review because there are so many negative reviews on here. This TacoBell is fantastic! Me and my friend go here sometimes before work and it’s so much better than the one Rexburg. (Do not go to that one, it sucks). The food is great but what’s really special is the customer service. It’s fast. We order thru the app and pull up in the drive-thru. It’s like a 5 minute operation.
