We got drinks and there was black stuff in the soda! It looked like mold 🤮 even the dark colored soda we swirled it in the cup and there were black dots that appeared around the cup. I asked for a refund and the lady demanded to see it for herself. She then agreed to refund them but made me stand and wait while she went back to making sandwiches. She then made me go retrieve the cups we had thrown in the trash. DO NOT DRINK FROM THE SODA MACHINE HERE! Subway, you need to improve your customer service.

I went the other week to this subway for my lunch and there was a rude customer in there that was being mean to the worker over a coupon he thought applied in store but was online only. Despite his horrible attitude she handled herself professionally and didnt show that she was offended or bothered once. She deserves praise alone. Please go support this staff. ❤️

Very rare do I have issues with subway, but beside the cashiering looking like she didn’t want to work there she made my food wrong. Maybe take your time and ensure the orders are made correctly. It’s frustrating but whatever
