I stop at McDonald's almost every day before work and usually order a Caramel Macchiato. I've never had an issue until tonight. The drink I received was terrible. It had chunks floating in it, tasted spoiled, and was completely undrinkable. My main concern wasn't even getting a replacement—it was making sure no one else was served the same product if there was a problem with the ingredients or machine. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. Unfortunately, he was extremely rude and dismissive. When I tried to explain the issue, he simply said, "I watched them make it," without ad

Why is this $3? I used to work at McDonald’s. This should have been filled to the top. Not coming to this location ever gain. Complete rip off.

I ordered a Mcgriddle this morning and as i was eating it something fell out. I then realized it was a piece of chewed up gum. I called the location to let them know and the manager was incredibly rude and not helpful. He asked if I wanted a coupon and I said no I just wanted to let you know because it’s really gross. He told me he found it very hard to believe because it was against the rules to chew gum. Weird considering I found chewed up gum in my food and do not chew gum.
