We have not been able to find a good Chinese food place for quite a while but this place fits all the things needed for good takeout and dine in. The food was amazing, especially the Egg Foo Young. Rice and Chow mein were good. General's chicken was amazing as well as the Sesame Chicken. Pot Stickers and calamari were also great. Staff was amazing and service was prompt. Highly recommend as it is not our go to for the area.

1st time getting takeout there. Staff was very nice. Very expensive. Food was ok. Lemon chicken tasted good but the chicken was old, chewy and dry. Sweet and Sour pork was ok and had no pineapple in it which was odd. Chewy and not great tasting pork. Chow mein was good. Broccoli beef was good. Really 3.5 stars so 4 stars os generous. We won't be back. $55 for 4 items is insane. Sorry.

Went in for takeout around 4pm. Most everything i ordered tasted days old. The orange chicken was mushy, the fried cheese wontons were weirdly thick and old. The noodles were ok, the sweet and sour pork was the only good thing.

Dinner in Carmichael. Quiet evening. Steam rising from bowls of noodle soup. Fresh ginger in the broth, green onions on top. Plates arrive quickly, conversation slows, chopsticks do the rest. Simple food done carefully. Sometimes that is exactly enough.
