Got 2 buckets of chicken, 2 family sides and biscuits. All of it was cold. Very disappointed with this experience. I'm willing to bet that the lack of reasonable compensation for their employees is to blame. Nobody can take pride in their work when they aren't paid enough to show up and try. We won't be returning if this is the quality to expect. No wonder people don't go anymore.
