This place is going down in service and quality. The whole atmosphere is not welcome. I gave this place many chances but today I’ve decided to write this review and didn’t want to give them and stars for this matter. I had to wait almost 25 minutes in my car during my drive thru order. I got out my car and that when one of the employee comes out with my food. I order 3 piece dinner meal with the sides. I didn’t get my sauces and my sides were not fresh and most importantly all the fried chicken for my order was all raw. Took a bite and didn’t understand why the texture and taste was off to me,

Absolutely hate dealing with this location on the weekends. Always telling you to park and NEVER brings your food out. The Bo-rounds are soaked in grease from sitting out and refried. The biscuits are hard as a rock most of the time. This place needs better weekend management for sure.

Always pretty good service and food I will say if yall forget ppls food when we return at least give double the portion u forgot being we wasted time and gas to go back for it. To be fair we shouldve checked bag before leaving but wouldnt be a bad idea to give a little extra for the inconvenience being it shouldve been in there to begin with.

I was heading home and thought I would get some fries and a tea. I spent between eight and nine bucks. I placed my order and the girl in drive-through hardly talk to me hand me a tea with tea all over the lid tea all over my straw so I have to fight to get wet paper off of my straw, and I reached my bag and give me a couple of fries and put it in my mouth not only are they overcooked. They are semi cold with no bo seasoning whatsoever on them. am I gonna turn around and go back and say anything? Absolutely not I won’t go there again. But I’ll be sure to tell everybody.
