I must admit to being quite particular about trying new foods, but my experience with the Chipotle burrito bowl with guacamole was exceptional. It was my first time, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The flavors were absolutely delightful. The service was great, and I look forward to returning to the Asheboro Chipotle.

The food is always dried out and old! I go after 8:00pm and it's always a mess in the place. Food looks like it sat all day. The workers hair is hanging around not looking clean. Everything The employee’s make you stand around Waiting to place your order they’re unfriendly. I have ordered a large bag of chip and they were stale both times. One night they did not have any vegetarian protein nor black beans! I’ve never experienced such a disappointing Chipotle I keep trying to go back to give them a benefit of the doubt, but I keep getting disappointed each time Unfortunately, it’s not many o

I have unfortunately had to contact corporate on several occasions to get money back on orders at this location. I have no idea why but the food is always ice cold; and I don’t mean like I was late to pick it up and it just got luke warm, I mean it will by icy. I’m not sure if there is an issue with their cold table or what. Also, this location’s meat is always so gristly and fatty. Truly I’ve been to several chipotle locations and I’ve never had these issues at any other location. So anytime I’m craving chipotle I have to drive out of town to get it :(

The food containers were empty when I walked up to the bar . When I asked for a meat she took a Togo sauce cup to the back and came back with the smallest amount of chicken in that sauce cup . All my food was cold cold ! Like it was in the refrigerator. Chips were cold . The girl taking my order had an attitude when I asked about the tiny cup of meat she gave me . Not one person in there showed any kind of excitement to be there. Not one thank you or hello nothing ! I’ll continue going to baja bowls and get a wonderful hot meal and nice people !
