I've been by this location about a half a dozen times now, and it's always solid. I've had accurate orders, friendly staff, and smooth ordering/pickup. It does get a little busy at peak times like lunch, but moves smoothly. I'm often waved forward to wait for even a fairly small order, but it takes only a minute and probably helps there order time metrics. Decided to try the Big Arch, and I'm a big fan. Meaty, rich, cheesy. The fried onions feel like a hat on a hat, but maybe they add some subtle texture. Solid location with accurate orders and hot food. At least every time I've gone.

This review is specifically for Mason. I was so impressed by how helpful, kind, and polite. I saw him going out of his way to help someone having difficulty with the kiosk and then when my friend went to order she had trouble with the app. He was so patient and helpful! Give Mason a raise, and if he's not training people, he should be! Well done!

It's easy on and off the freeway. But service can be slow. And the food if your order is correct is enough to get you back on the road. Can't expect much from mcdonalds but this one more times then not seems to lower the bar.

I go there a lot and 20% of the time it’s correct. on weekends they extend the breakfast time to 11 but not at this location. They “close early for lunch”. Pure laziness if u ask me. Also it was a Mobile order. I order it at 10:42 was there at 10:58 and was told they had none of the breakfast items because it was to late
