Actual criminals. An employee followed me into the restroom after I got my food. He just stared at me and kept asking inane (stupid) questions. He did not use the restroom or wash his hands, just stalked me. He should be fired. The managed then pretended my clearly out of time (probably over 4 hours old) food was normal. These sandwiches cost over $5 without fries or a drink. She was clearly messing with me; now I can't trust this establishment and will stop spending too much money on their garbage. Paul messer herles Ortiz sirs you need to get on these employees here at your prince avenue location I’ve been sitting here waiting for a DoorDash order and have been waiting for around 45 minutes which is unacceptable in and of itself but the fact that you have employees sitting in the lobby vaping instead of making the order is beyond unacceptable this happened between 5:30 and 5:45 am Sunday November 9th there has not been anyone in the drive thru since I arrived so it’s pretty unbelievable that this order is taking longer than just a few minutes to prepare. My husband dislikes McDonald's 100% and I'm totally opposite but this location is always Hot, fresh and fast EVERYTIME! And has changed his mind about ol' Mickey D's lol. He gets his lil burger and I get my Big Mac or Fish-o-Filet fix whenever I finish treatment across the street. Thanks for always being great because other locations are pretty terrible! Only location we can get perfectly salted HOT fries like they should be 🙌🏾🤤

Ok I ordered Uber Eats tonight not door dash and let me tell you , service is so much better the food was so good I did not have to reheat it. Whoever Is in charge of night shift, keep up the marvelous work. Good job McDonald’s
